an affordable and independent artist.My story
I value meaning not the less than the esthetics and quality. My main goal is to create art that conveys an idea—something that explains what matters, or helps someone notice the significance of something they may have overlooked. To make the reader feel something: happiness, grief, anger, make them see new colors in life through the prism of my art.I spent most of my childhood loving cartoons and video games. With my breakfast, at day time, or before sleep, I enjoyed watching such masterpieces as "Tangled", "How to train your dragon", "The Croods", "Puss in boots" and many others. Also right about that time, I discovered anime, and instantly fell in love with such masterpieces as "Your Name", "Weathering with You", "Shape of Voice", "Tokyo Ghoul" and many others. I loved to redraw various frames from anime that I found fascinating, filled whole 4 albums in such drawings. I was always drawn to small, well-crafted details and to how everything comes together to create a cinematic, pleasing image. So after all these masterpieces showed me my true purpose, I dropped out of college, and here comes my turn to create something similar.About my work
My work generally is done in anime style. Visible outlines, sharp shapes with humans having cute, cat-like face. I love manga, hence I make manga-style comics. These Terms of Service are meant to ensure a smooth and clear commissioning process for both the Artist and the Client. By requesting a commission, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.TL;DR – Quick Summary
- I draw manga-style comics, or colored ones, as shown in my portfolio.
- I do Manga comics or Classic comics (5–15 pages or more), character design, and illustrations (OCs & furry art welcome).
- Payment is required upfront (or split 50/50 for comics and concept arts).
- Payment only via Boosty, Russian bank card.
- No refunds once work has started.
- Up to 3 free revisions at sketch stage.
- Personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
- I may share finished artwork in my portfolio unless privacy is requested.

-The Artist provides digital illustration and visual development services, including:

- visual storytelling assetsThe Artist reserves the right to decline any commission that falls outside their artistic scope, workload capacity, or comfort level.Currently artist don’t have access to PayPal or Stripe due to country sanctions, but accepts:
- payments through Boosty in your currency (alternative to Patreon not blocked in my region). Click here to open my Boosty. If you don’t have Russian bank card and willing to pay via Boosty, it’s crucial to select USD (or any of your country currency) as your payment currency before clicking 'Pay'.

- Single illustrations (with existing or newly designed characters)3. Content Policy
Allowed Content
- Original characters (OCs)
- Fan characters (for personal, non-commercial use)
- Furry / anthro characters
- Some violence and mild suggestive themes are allowedNot Accepted Content:
- Hate speech, extreme violence, or illegal content
- Sexualized content involving minors
- NFT-related projects or AI training usage
If you are unsure whether your idea fits within these guidelines, feel free to ask before commissioning.4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Payment may be split into 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. Also, if you request more than 9 pages for comic, 10% discount is applied to overall price, and 15% if more than 14 pages.
- Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable, as time and labor have already been invested.
- Prices for commercial use (licensing) of copyrighted works depend on the scale of the client’s business, methods of use.5. Communication & References
Clients are expected to provide:
- clear written descriptions
- visual references where possible
- important design details before work begins.
Incomplete or heavily changing instructions may increase production time and revision costs.6. Revisions
- Sketch stage: up to 3 free revisions
- Later stages (lineart/color): minor adjustments only
- Major changes requested after sketch approval may require an additional fee.
Clear references and communication help minimize the need for revisions.7. Turnaround Time
- Illustrations: approximately from 2 to 7 days
- Character design: approximately 2 to 7 days
- Comics: dependent on page count (about 2–5 days per page)
These are estimates and may vary due to workload, complexity of requested style, health, or other circumstances. Any significant delays will be communicated.8. Usage Rights
- The Artist retains full copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Clients receive personal-use rights by default.
- Commercial use (printing, monetization, publishing, merchandise, etc.) requires an additional commercial-use fee.
- The Artist may display completed commissions in portfolios, galleries, or on social media unless the Client requests privacy in advance.9. AI Usage Policy
The commissioned artwork may not be:
- used for AI dataset training
- uploaded into generative AI systems
- heavily edited by AI tools
without explicit written permission from the Artist.10. Credits
- The Artist must be properly credited when artwork is posted or shared online.
- Removing or altering the Artist’s signature or watermark is not permitted.11. Cancellations & Refunds
- A full refund is available if the Client cancels before sketch approval.
- No refunds are available once the sketch was approved.
- If the Artist must cancel a commission, the Client will receive a full refund.12. Agreement
By commissioning artwork, the Client confirms their agreement to these Terms of Service.
